Everything is working as
Everything is working as promised. Savings in electricity over last year - same period - was about 35%. Working with Susan and Roger was a real pleasure.
Solar Hot Water Installation
I am very happy with the way Roger and his Swiss Solar Tech crew completed my solar hot water installation. They arrived on schedule, answered all my questions and concerns and left the job site clean on completion. Roger continues to keep in contact to ensure that I am comfortable with the performance of the system.

I was involved in the planning and implementation of the project (BCSEA led)during 2008 and 2009. Swiss Solar Tech showed immediate interest in working with the BCSEA to get the project off the ground and running. They were very helpful in providing information for the BCSEA members so that they could do preliminary work and also provide information required by the plumber and plumbing inspectors.
Swiss Solar tech subsidized the project in a number of ways and in the end the equipment was installed in a very professional manner.
I have seen several other solar hot water installations (homes) done by Swiss Solar Tech and am of the opinion that their work is excellent and not only works well but looks very good.
Note that I have designed and installed my own solar hot water system on my residence and have a reasonable knowledge of same. At that time there were few grants - if I was to do it again I would have Roger and crew install a system for me.

The Swiss Solar Tech crew
The Swiss Solar Tech crew recently installed a 1 panel solar hot water heating system at my house. From the very first time I spoke with Susan and Roger Huber, I was extremely impressed with their friendliness and willingness to answer any questions.
The installation went very well and I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the system performance. We now have plenty of solar-heated hot water and are pleased to be doing our part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
It has been extremely satisfying to do business with Swiss Solar Tech and I highly recommend their services.
Swiss Solar Tech
Swiss Solar Tech installed a solar hot water system for us back in 2002. Then and in subsequent years, their service has continued to be wonderful. As can be expected with any new technology, we have had occasional (infrequent) problems with our system, but Roger and Susan have always responded promptly to our calls for help and advice. We live on a Gulf Island, so we are particularly appreciate of Swiss Solar Tech's ability to talk us through diagnosing the problem with our system and figuring out the most efficient way to get our system back in action. I would recommend Swiss Solar Tech to anyone wishing to enjoy the pleasures of having the sun heat their hot water!

Roger was prompt with his quote and showing us what it entailed.
Susan was great with getting our rebates and helping us complete the forms.
The installer ?Richard, who did the pipes etc was so neat and left everything in pristine condition. All the pipes are properly secured.
The demonstration was easy and I don't have much to do. Roger will come by anually to check levels and if anything goes wrong I have no doubt he will come back promptly.
I can recommend Soar BC without hesitation.
