James did an extremely professional job of installing the panel. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, his workmanship and the way he kept me informed at all aspects of the installation. I think this product is the best on the market. James also makes sure that a plumbing permit is issued with the municipality. This is a critical feature to look for. Definitely 5 out of 5!
