Join the City of Campbell River for an Interactive Solar Hot Water Workshop
The City of Campbell River has a Green City Strategy, and promoting solar energy is an important area for furthering renewable energy development in our community. During Solar Days, the City of Campbell River is looking forward to engaging the community in learning about solar hot water opportunities, the solar potential of their homes, and solar initiatives underway in the City of Campbell River.
Solar Hot Water Workshop
When: Monday, May 31th at 7:30pm-9pm
Where: Sportsplex, 1800 South Alder Street
Planned activities: SolarBC Registered Installers Terratek Energy Solutions will walk home owners through an interactive workshop on solar hot water. Participants will learn about solar hot water systems, available incentives and how to assess their home for solar potential.

Solar Kids Contest
Solar Kids Contest – Younger members of the family can have a chance at winning a futuristic toy solar car by responding to the question "In the future, how do you think Campbell River could use the sun’s energy?"
