Meadow Park Sports Centre

Meadow Park's Solar Hot Water Installation

Meadow Park Sports Centre is a state of the art recreation centre that boasts a brand new solar and ground source heating system. This system uses the ambient heat of the earth to heat the pools throughout the centre using a heat pump. The solar panels are used to pre-heat the domestic hot water loads directly. The introduction of this system is designed to meet 75% of the pool water heating needs and 35% of the domestic heating needs.
